You might be surprised by what you find when you take the time to learn what's going on inside of your body. I have been going to my regular doctor for years, and never had a complaint about my health beyond high blood pressure. I went to see Dr. Cabrera to support my friend and do the testing. I thought I felt good enough being 43, but after the treatments soon found out what it felt like to be 18 again. With treatment, everything improved. Dear Dr. Cabrera,

I am writing this letter to let you know just how much I have appreciated working with you to improve my health and my life. Once I committed to follow your program: the medicine, the nutrition plan, and the exercise, everyday felt better than the one before it. I was no longer lethargic and my joints stopped hurting. It became easier to get the exercise that I know is good for me. I cannot tell you how much I have appreciated the changes that have taken place in my life since we met. The best part though, is simply the knowledge. I now know what foods are incompatible with my unique metabolism. Of course I still have cravings and will cheat every now and then, but I am no longer doing so oblivious to the consequences. Now I can judge whether I want that slice of pizza or bowl of ice cream badly enough to be worth the aches and pains I get from eating wheat or the stuffy nose from cows milk. At the same time, I have become a much more educated consumer and can just as easily decide to get my fix from coconut milk ice cream, for example. You have given me the tools to succeed. Before, I would try really hard, get discouraged, give up for a while and try again. Now, I have the ability to make wiser choices every day. The discipline to do so is up to me.
