Advance membership approval is required as is a deposit equal to the value of your initial treatment. An approved credit card is also required and monthly payments are automatically billed to that card the 1st of each month, directly following your initial treatment. Prices and Club Genesis Rules are subject to change with notice. Membership cancellation is immediate and deposit forfeited if credit card billing is refused for any reason. Annual membership at Island City Health & Fitness is subject to traditional approval process and policies set forth by Island City Health & Fitness.
